10 Most Hated People in America

Here is a list of the most hated people in America, according to a recent survey released by the E-Poll Marketing Research. It is interesting to remark that no politician “has made it” to the top. These people are the ones who appear most often in the tabloids or on TV shows; they are the ones who, through their actions, offended the public opinion the most. Check it out and comment who you dislike the most.

1 ) Casey Anthony

Accused of having murdered her 2 year-old daughter, in 2008, Casey Anthony was recently found NOT guilty and released from prison, after a trial that lasted one month and a half. Americans are outraged. The survey shows that 94% of those who had heard of the story dislike her and consider her “creepy” and “cold”.

2 ) Spencer Pratt

Spencer Pratt comes second on the list of America’s most hated people. He is known for having played in MTV’s reality show The Hills, together with his wife Heidi Montag. Their thirst for fame and glory was so high that they became really annoying and their instability, both in television and in their own relationship was sanctioned by the American public, as we can see.

3 ) The Octomom

Nadya Suleman is hated by 87 % of the respondents, and for a good reason too. The “Octomom”, as she was nicknamed by the media is known for having not 8, as you may think, but 14 kids all together. She conceived her first 6 children by means of in vitro fertilization. In 2009, she also gave birth to octuplets. Since Nadya Suleman is broke, and has no husband, it is obvious that she had those children as a means of supporting herself and getting attention, which she did. But not the kind of attention she was looking for, I can bet!

4 ) O.J. Simpson

Same as Casey Anthony, O.J. Simpson is hated mostly because him being found not guilty for the murder of his former wife and her friend. This decision scandalized the public opinion, who had already convicted him of crime. However, he is now in jail for having committed other crimes, including armed robbery (which makes you think that America is right about him being a murder after all!).

5 ) Jon Gosselin

I was an absolute fan of the show “Jon and Kate plus 8”, but both the show and the lives of the family members were ruined with the notorious divorce of the famous couple. Jon, in particularly, went from bad to worse both in his personal life and in the eyes of the audience.

6 ) Levi Johnston

The former fiancé of Bristol Palin (daughter of Sarah Palin, the governor of Alaska) is hated by Americans for getting the 17 years old Bristol pregnant and dumping her soon after the birth of their child. What followed was a series of accusations from both sides, public apologizes and then renewed accusations. The saga included a 3 weeks re-engagement of the troubled young couple which only made public opinion even more irritated.

7 ) Jesse James

Jesse James is hated in America for being a womanizer. However, he is not any kind of womanizer. The motorcycles manufacturer and TV star Jesse James cheated on Sandra Bullock one of the world’s favorite actresses, during their marriage. The star found out of his betrayal through media and filed for divorce soon after.

8 )Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton is known all over the world for being the heiress of an impressive fortune and for her controversial style of life. She seems not to have found her true vocation so far, as she tried to become a model, an actress, a singer, as well as a writer, but neither of these careers was successful. Thus, worldwide public got justly annoyed with her constantly trying to become successful on her own.

9 ) Heidi Fleiss

For those who don’t know, Heidi Fleiss was a very successful madam, who won millions of dollars through her “position”. She is naturally not “America’s favorite” for this very reason. Moreover, she is a drug addict, as well as being known to support abortion. There are more than enough reasons to dislike this person.

10 ) Howard Stern

Howard Stern, an American media personality is one of the most hated persons in America especially because of his attitude towards women (but not only). Described as being pervert, repulsive and misogynic, Howard Stern is nevertheless happily married. The self-assigned “King of All Media” is perceived by most people as too old to be acting as he does and as a disgusting person.
