The 10 Best Outfit Ideas Of The Summer
It's been one stylish summer around here ladies, so in hopes of making your end-of-the-season dressing that much easier, I pulled together my favorite outfit ideas of the past few months. Take a look at the ones I can't get enough of, and get inspired to get dressed this weekend (besides, summer's not officially over yet, right?).
Let's start with daring color-block combos: Louise Roe worked with colors in the same family to pull off this pretty,sherbet-hued ensemble and you all fell in love (myself included)!
Prior to Louise, it was Emma Stone who took the color-block plunge, convincing Tracey with her bold and vibrant pairing that you can wear red and pink together and look amazing.
And just when we thought color-blocking would be the trend of the summer, head-to-toe print-mixed looks started popping up everywhere like Olivia Palermo's Tibi ensemble. She worked five trends in one outfit, but it was her matchy-matchy prints that really stole our hearts.
And then there was Sabrina ; she print-mixed in a more wearable way, pairing stripes with leopard print and tied it all together with a solid skirt. You were all in agreement that you'd actually wear this yourselves and that Sabrina was equally as cute as her look.
From the red carpet to our very own offices, orange was the color of season; Danielle rocked it with leopard heels, inspiring all of you to try a similar look.
Rachel Bilson also took the bright route, sporting another huge summer trend, red pants. She wore 'em as the solid in a print-mixed look, similar to Sabrina's outfit.
Kate Middleton was a vision of royal sophistication in this navy Alexander McQueen look, that you all agreed, was the perfect combo of military-inspired meets totally chic.
Rebecca also kept things polished at the office, where her red, white, and blue look was both.ladylike and practical.
It wouldn't be a post about summer outfits if we didn't include our favorite warm weather wardrobe staple, white jeans. Emily won everyone over with her tough-chic styling, which worked just as great for a weekend in August as it will in October.
